Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of all Nubevo Consulting, Inc. services, including managed IT, hosting, voice and SMS. By using our services you agree not to misuse them.

Prohibited activities

• Illegal activity, or infringing others' intellectual property or privacy.
• Sending spam, unlawful, or unsolicited bulk messages over email or SMS.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious content, including malware and phishing.
• Attempting to breach, probe, or disrupt any system or network.
• Reselling or reconfiguring services outside your agreement without authorization.

Voice & messaging

Telephony and SMS must comply with applicable regulations (e.g. TCPA, CTIA guidelines, 10DLC registration). You are responsible for obtaining consent before contacting recipients and for honoring opt-outs.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate services for violations, with or without notice depending on severity, and will cooperate with lawful requests. Report abuse to support@nubevo.com.
