• Resend — Transactional & inbound email (Email address & message content).
• Telnyx — Voice calling & SMS (Phone numbers & call/message metadata).
• QuestBlue — VoIP trunking & phone system (PBX) (Phone numbers & call/message metadata).
• OpenAI — AI assistance (ticket drafts, summaries, triage) (Ticket text submitted for processing).
• Google — Single sign-on (OAuth) (Name & email for authentication).
• Microsoft — Single sign-on (Entra ID / OAuth) (Name & email for authentication).

Data retention & security

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and apply industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
